Jack at the front was absolutely fantastic. He helped with every little thing we needed, whether that was explaining how the cards work to where everything was located in the facility. He truly made my family and I feel at home and absolutely makes us all want to come again. He lightened the already shining atmosphere and truly made this place a 10/5 stars for me.
